  • third party products: Third party products or services are considered those that you choose to integrate with the Press’nXPress product or services via our Press’nXPress API. The Personal Information that we collect are used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

For a better experience while using our Service, we collect information about you and your company when you register for the Press'nXPress service. We may require you to provide us with certain information, including but not limited to:

  • contact and user information, such as name and email address;
  • profile information, such as username, name and email address;
  • preferences information, such as notification;
  • billing information such as billing address, credit card details;
  • prefrences information; you can opt-out from receiving notification in setting section or by following unsubscribe link available in the emails.

The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy. You may provide this information directly when you enter it in the Press’nXPress Services. You may also refuse to not enter the information asked, but please note that by limiting the information you provide us, we can only provide you limited services.

In some cases, another user (such as a system administrator) may create an account on your behalf and may provide your information, including personal data (most commonly when your company requests that you use our products). We collect such information under the direction of our customers and often have no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data we process. If you are a employee of one of our customers and would no longer like us to process your information, please contact your employer. If you are providing information (including personal data) about someone else, we assume that you have the authority to act on their behalf. Please let us know if this is not the case.

Other submissions

We collect other data that you submit to our websites, or as you participate in any interactive features of the Press’nXPress Services, participate in surveys, activities or events, request customer support, communicate with us via third party social media sites, or otherwise communicate with us. For example, you can submit information regarding a problem you are experiencing with a Press’nXPress product to our Support Services.

Some of the Services offer features and functionality that allow posting information publicly, for example in social media platforms. Any personal information you choose to submit in such forums may be read, collected, or used by others who visit these sites, and may be used to send you unsolicited messages. Press’nXPress is not responsible and shall not be held liable for the personal information you choose to submit to or through these channels or for any acts or omissions of other users who may access such information.

This type of data can be collected also from individuals, who are currently not direct Press’nXPress’s customers and are maybe only interested in buying Service from us or are interested in working with us.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service or in case of an error in the Services we may collect data and information (through third party products) on your device called Log Data. This Log Data may include but not limited to information such as, your devices’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, configuration of the device when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

We use google analytics tool to collect data subjects (such as IP address and device name) in order to be able to provide you related services (i.e. log in service to your account on your devices). Our mobile iOS and Android apps do not uses “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collection information and to improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies, and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

Data Processing

As a Feedback Platform Service Provider, we process feedback records data as Processor, i.e., on behalf of our customers. This is the data in form of response votes (Happy, Meh, Sad) and other data that is collected through feedback collecting channels at every touchpoint that will be transferred to our secure servers via secure mobile network (cellular) or via internet connection and stored in our database and analyzed anonymously.

Type of data we process

Press'nXPress processes its customers’ clients’ feedback response or survey information and customers’ clients’ request to contact them, e.g., their name, phone number and email address.

Retention Period

Customers’ clients’ Personal Data will be automatically deleted from Press'nXPress’s databases/servers when the contract or subscription of customer is ended.

Data Security

Press'nXPress has implemented appropriate administrative, physical, technical, organizational, and other security measures to protect against unauthorized access to, destruction, loss, unavailability, or alteration of customers’ clients’ Personal Data.

Purpose for processing your personal data

We use the Information we collect about you (including Personal Information to the extent applicable) for a variety of purposes:

Service provision and managing your customer relationship

Provide, operate and maintain Press’nXPress Services; Process and complete transactions, and send you related information, including purchase confirmations and invoices; Send transactional messages, including responding to your comments, questions, and requests; providing customer service and support; and sending you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages;

Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with Press’nXPress Services; Improve the quality of the Services and to develop new features in the Services. This means for example using analytics information (including log and configuration data) to understand how our products are being configured and used and how they can be improved for the benefit of all of our users; Ensure the security of the Services; and Investigate and prevent fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access to Press’nXPress Services, and other illegal activities;

The legal basis for these purposes of processing is our legitimate interest to ensure that our Service has an adequate level of data security, that the Services are used according to the Terms and Conditions or any other Terms of Use that may apply to the Services and applicable laws, and that we have sufficient and relevant information at hand to develop our Service.

Marketing

Where we have the needed permissions, we send you promotional communications, such as information about services, features, surveys, offers, promotions, events and providing other news or information about us. You always have the ability to opt out of receiving any of these communications by using the “unsubscribe link” within the e-mail.

Retention of personal data

Your personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes defined in this Privacy Policy.

Most of your personal data will be retained during the course of your customer relationship with Press’nXPress. Some personal data might be retained after your customer relationship with us has ended, if required or allowed by applicable laws; for example, applicable tax and accounting legislation requires us to keep some information for six years and in some cases even longer. When your personal data is no longer required by law or rights or obligations by either party, we will delete your personal data.

Personal data which is not necessary for the customer relationship will be deleted or anonymized as soon as possible after the collection of such personal data and at latest within 12 months.

Press’nXPress provides unique user names and passwords that must be entered each time a customer logs in to our Services. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Press'nXPress customers and users: You can access and modify your personal data in your Press'nXPress service account by accessing your user profile at the Press'nXPress Insights dashboard. If you want us to delete or disable your personal data and your Press'nXPress account, please contact your internal administration.

Non-customers: If you wish to access your personal data, wish to have your personal data removed or want to use any of the other rights mentioned above, please contact [email protected].

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time if this is necessary for example due to changes in the Services. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
